Day 2: At Home Workouts
Perform two of these rounds back to back. Try to maintain good form throughout and time yourself. 2 times through is 1 round. Perform 5 rounds with a :60 break between sets. The goal is to stay consistent on your time as you progress through the 5 rounds.
5 body weight thrusters
5 squat jumps
10 pushups
30 mountain climbers
x2 rounds equals 100 reps
