Day 18: At home Workout

Day 18: 50/50 40/40 30/30 20/20 10/10 Weighted back squats or front squats (use whatever you have) Body weight Squats

Day 16: At home Workouts

This is a bodyweight baseline workout. Write down your score after every set.  After you complete the last exercise, total all your numbers for your final score.  In 2 weeks or a month, perform this workout again and see if you can beat your score.   5 minutes max burpees 3 minute break 4 minutes max squats 2 minute break 3 minutes...
