Here is a quick kettlebell complex to add to your next session.

5 rounds: I did both the beginner and advanced as 1 complete round.

Beginner:
2 Longcycle
4 Front Squats
6 Cleans
6 Snatch
8 Lunges either racked or overhead
10 Sumo Deadlifts

Advanced:
2 Longcycle to Iron Cross
4 Squat Cleans
6 Gorilla Cleans
6 Gorilla Snatches
8 Overhead Lunges
10 Sumo Deadlifts/Anchored Row/Sprawl
