5 Rounds: 20 Lateral box taps 20 Low box knee drives R/L 10 Bulgarian Splite Squats R/L 20 Air squats 400 meter run

Day 39- At home workouts

10 Rounds 10 Alternating Snatches 10 Burpees over the bell   Use a dumbell if you do not have access to a kettlebell

Day 38: At home workout

5 Rounds: 25 Squats 10 Second Pause  10 Rounds: 10 Jump Squats 10 Second Rest  5 Rounds: 30 Second Wall Sit,15 Air Squats, 10 Jump Squats  5: Rounds: 10 Lunges 10 Air Squats 10 Jump Squats 10 Second Wall Sit 5 Minute Round: 50 Second Air Squat 10 Second Pause 

Day 37: At home workouts

150 Reps ground to overhead with any object Perform 5 burpees at the top of every minute.  Keep count of your reps!
