10 Rounds 10 Alternating Snatches 10 Burpees over the bell   Use a dumbell if you do not have access to a kettlebell

Day 38: At home workout

5 Rounds: 25 Squats 10 Second Pause  10 Rounds: 10 Jump Squats 10 Second Rest  5 Rounds: 30 Second Wall Sit,15 Air Squats, 10 Jump Squats  5: Rounds: 10 Lunges 10 Air Squats 10 Jump Squats 10 Second Wall Sit 5 Minute Round: 50 Second Air Squat 10 Second Pause 

Day 37: At home workouts

150 Reps ground to overhead with any object Perform 5 burpees at the top of every minute.  Keep count of your reps!  

Day 35: At home workouts

 5 Rounds:  20 yard suicide  10 burpees  20 yard walking lunges 20 yard broad jumps

Day 34: At home workouts

20 min AMRAP 20 box jumps 20 pushups 20 dips 20 walking lunges (Add weight if you have it)

Day 31: At home workouts

30 Walking lunges Bear Crawl Back 30 Squats 28 Walking Lunges Bear Crawl Back 28 Squats .... 4 Walking Lunges Bear Crawl Back 4 Squats 2 Walking Lunges Bear Crawl Back 2 Squats
