Day 4: At home workouts
5 Rounds: 20 Speed Skater 10 Curtsy lunges R/L 10 Pushup Leg Raises 10 Table top lunges R/L 10 Evil hops
Day 3: At Home Body Weight Workouts
5 rounds 20 Squat Jumps 20 Slider Lunges R/L 20 Hamstring Curls 10 Burpees
Day 2: At Home Workouts
Perform two of these rounds back to back. Try to maintain good form throughout and time yourself. 2 times through is 1 round. Perform 5 rounds with a :60 break between sets.
